I am endeavouring to contact your representative in Christchurch, Mr. Tony Hayde. I hope that you will be able to pass on a big thank you to him for the "extra" service that he provided. On returning the Nissan Pulsar that my wife and I had hired from you firm, I inadvertently left my prescription sunglasses in the car. I phoned Tony from Auckland Airport prior to boarding our NZ flight back to Perth and he immediately agreed to check the car and post them back to me, if he found them. On our return home we found a message on our answering machine from Tony to say that he had found the glasses and would post them straight away.

We were most satisfied with the vehicle we hired from you and the service we were given by Tony and his wife when we collected the car at Christchurch Airport. The vehicle was clean, the tank filled and the car never missed a beat during our 18 day, 2872 Km tour of the South Island. This was the base for a wonderful holiday in your beautiful country. The cherry on the top was the final service over the "glasses". I have no hesitation in recommending "Drivenz" to anyone visiting New Zealand. Please pass on my gratitude and thanks to Tony for helping create a wonderful experience and on our return, hopefully within 24 months, we will certainly use your company again.
