Thank you for the quick reply. I'm glad to hear that the dent could be pushed out and also financial damage on your site is limited. We are still very happy with the good deal we got on the MX-5 rent and we had much pleasure from this during the holiday. We feel you gave us a very fair treatment on the dent.

Since there are many more destinations to go on holiday (which are closer to Europe) it is not likely we will return soon to NZ, but we will certainly recommend you to friends or family if they are planning to do the same as we did.
